SoftBums mini pods - composed of 3 layers of absorbent microfiber terry and topped with a super soft layer of microfleece to provide comfort and a dry feel for your baby! Lay them in your SoftBums Echo Shell with a Pod to increase absorbency for heavy wetters or overnight use. You can put them on top or beneath the Pod. You can also use them alone with anSoftbums Echo Shell for newborns for a super trim fit while still providing comfort and a dry feel along with plenty of absorbency for any newborn! They will also fit other brands of diaper shells.

Perfect Newborn Insert or Small Doubler!

I am so glad I found the Softbums mini pods!! They are just what I was looking for as an alternative to bulky prefolds for my newborn. The size is absolutely perfect for stuffing in newborn sized pocket diapers (or one-size pockets snapped to the smallest setting). You don't have to fold them over and deal with extra bulk like you do with regular microfiber inserts. And since there is a layer of microfleece on top of the Mini Pods, you can put them right up against the baby's skin - that means you can lay 1 or 2 of these in any newborn cover for a super trim-fitting diaper.They also work well as boosters in an AIO or AI2, and later on as small doublers for older infants. I love versatile diapering products like this! The price is great, too.HEADS UP: You can find them for $2.95 each (or 3 for under nine dollars) directly from online stores like Dearest Diapers and Kellys Closet. Not sure why the Amazon price is much higher!

SoftBums Rock!

I love Softbums and the newborn pods are a must for small babies. My newborn cannot use the regular size inserts and probably won't be able to for awhile, he is just way to small. Thanks goodness for these smaller pods. Very absorbent and extremely soft. However if you have a heavy wetter you might need to use the larger inserts.

the liners themselves are great. 5 stars. but the fact that you order 12 and get 6 is pretty s****y.
