I first major reason I chose this AIO diaper for my infant was because it is the only one I could find that has an all cotton interior. At first I was concerned that there would be leaks at the legs since I prefer the double gusset design on the Blueberry coveralls but in using them I found that they are snug around my infants thighs and haven't had any problems there. The adjustable snaps work great. I purchased them after the cord had healed so I didn't need to use the center snap. They actually already snap below my child's bellybutton.The second major reason I purchased these is because they have the largest range for newborn AIO diapers I could find. My infant was almost 10 lbs at birth but the regular AIOs were still too big so this made for a nice transition diaper for us. We still have three sets of snaps to go and he is 7 weeks old. I suspect we'll be able to continue using them for at least another month. Blowouts have stayed inside the diaper and the cover locks in wetness.The first time I used them I didn't check the back and the fold out absorbing layer was outside the diaper so his cloths were soaked. As long as all the interior fabric is within the diaper I don't normally have leaks. These diapers are great when I just want to quickly change the baby, am traveling or when someone else is changing the diaper. I wouldn't recommend these for extended night time use though. I use regular prefolds and blueberry newborn coveralls (only available from blueberry's website) or blueberry coveralls for night time use since my son is a heavy wetter at night.When washing these I do find that it is necessary to actually take out the extra absorbing fold from the pocket. Sometimes it comes out by itself but not consistently. I also like to dry them for a total of at least 60 minutes in my dryer.Even with the minor issues I've found these diapers are light years away from the Kissava's AIO newborn polyester fill diapers I tried so for me they still earn 5 stars.UDPATE: We were not able to use these diapers on our large infant after about 10 weeks. I simply couldn't squeeze him into them any longer. Overall bought two newborn AIO simplex diapers and looked forward to putting them on him as often as I could compared to my other cloth diaper options. Even so, the two newborn diapers are essentially like new and could easily be used again. Looking back they would have been a better investment if we had purchased them before the birth so we could use them right away. I also own two of the regular Swaddlebees Simplex AIO diapers and they work just as great. My only major complaint is the price. These diapers are significantly more expensive than pre-folds with a coverall (our other diapers) even though they seem to work much better.

We bought these before our son was born in December and we have been using them exclusively for about a month. They are amazing! Our favorite diaper for sure. We've not had any leaks and not had any problems washing. They make night time diaper changes fast. Would recommend any Swaddlebees AIO diapers.

Our baby was born at 6 lbs. These diapers served really well at night until he got to be around 9lbs. We did deal with leaks at first, but it was easy to fix by folding the insert at the top (we have a boy). Very easy to wash. They still fit our 12lb baby, but he goes through them more quickly, though adding a doubler can help. I still prefer these to other one-size diapers for the trim fit. Will update post as he gets bigger to see how long the go. Love the natural fiber and that they are made in the U.S.
